Catering Options


On Site Catering:

Includes: Transportation to site, cooker/smoker set up, cooking fuel (wood or charcoal), cooking on site, preparing the meat for service, with breakdown and pack out.

For on site catering we will need access to the event location for the following durations prior to service for cooking.

-Whole Hog: Minimum 6 hours

-Pork Shoulder: Minimum 8 hours

-Brisket: Minimum 14 hours

-Ribs: Minimum 7 hours

-Chicken: Minimum 3 hours

Off Site Catering:

Includes: Cooking of the protein off site, delivery of the cooked items.


Whole Hog BBQ

Our animal size is dependent on the party size and how many people need to be fed. Please inquire with your event details and party size and we will work with you to develop the best experience for your event.

Brisket

We offer Brisket done in a traditional Texas style using salt, pepper, and garlic powder with a yellow mustard binder smoked for 12-14 hours.

Chicken

Our Chicken can either be done in a traditional Alabama style or a more basic seasoned and smoked style.

Ribs

We offer Pork & Beef options for ribs. We season both with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and smoke them over hardwood to completion.

Sides & Full Catering

Side options: Macaroni & Cheese, Baked Beans, Coleslaw, Roasted Potatoes, Roasted Vegetables, Buns.

Full Catering Options: Warming trays, tables, disposable plates and cutlery with napkins, and service staff.
