Whole Hog BBQ Pulled Pork
The size of the hog is determined by the size of your party and the number of guests to be served. Share your event details and party size with us, and we’ll work with you to create the perfect barbecue experience tailored to your needs.
PUlled Pork SHoulder
We season our pork shoulders with a simple blend of salt and pepper before smoking them for 8-10 hours. After cooking, the meat is pulled apart and finished with a traditional North Carolina vinegar sauce.
Brisket
Our brisket is prepared Texas-style, seasoned with a simple yet flavorful blend of salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and coated with a yellow mustard binder. It’s then smoked to perfection for 12-14 hours.
Chicken
Our chicken is available in two styles: traditional Alabama-style or a simply seasoned and smoked option.
Ribs
We offer both pork and beef ribs, seasoned with a flavourful blend of salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then smoked to perfection over hardwood.
